Ex-Michigan star Jalen Rose charged with drunk driving

ANN ARBOR,MI-- Jalen Rose, former Michigan player and part of
the fab five, also ESPN analyst was arrested and charged with drunk driving on March 11th in West Bloomfield,Mi.
Police saying that Rose was under the influence of alcohol, a driver passing by Rose had made the call to the police when they seen him on the road.
With all the gossip and news this month on the Michigan Fab five and comments that were made must have been a hard month on Jalen.
Rose in the past week started a bad thing with the words he called Duke players, calling them "uncle toms." Players like Bobby Hurley and Grant Hill didn't take that very lightly. Coach Krzyzewski recently just commented on this whole after his Duke team got knocked out by Arizona saying...
“Sometimes people say things to get attention to sell their documentary. Obviously that was a poor choice of words, and very insulting to everyone here at Duke.
“We recruited Chris Webber, you know, I didn’t recruit Jalen Rose because we had Grant Hill, and I’m happy with that. Juwan Howard we knew wouldn’t come to Duke, and the other two kids we didn’t think were of the caliber who could play here. But they were good kids and had a heck of a run. But they didn’t leave anything, they didn’t establish anything there.”
"They had a heck of a run but, they didn't leave anything, they didn't establish anything there. The guys that I had established something that Jay Williams continued to do 10 years later, the standards of what it meant to be a Duke basketball player."
